Collaboration agreement between Epsilon lawyers and the Lovexair Foundation

In order to offer a comprehensive service to members of our community and users of HappyAir programs, the legal services consultancy Épsilon Abogados and the Lovexair Foundation have agreed to a collaboration through which the firm offers a legal advice and defense service in matters of labor law.

This commitment has been carried out thanks to the collaboration of the Advisory Group. In this way, the Foundation completes the work and assistance it has been providing to its community with the aim of demonstrating a wide range of benefits that goes beyond the health field.

As a result of this collaboration, the consultancy will apply special conditions to members of the Lovexair Foundation community.

CONDITIONS THAT WILL APPLY TO REGISTERED USERS

Claims related to Social Security:

  • Preliminary claim: a fixed amount of 200 euros.
  • Legal procedure:
  • Initially 300 euros.
  • In the Appeal phase: 250 euros.

These amounts are minimum fixed amounts.

In the event of a successful administrative or judicial claim, a fee of 5% of one annuity of pension will be applied in the case of a prior claim; and 10% of one annuity of pension in the case of judicial proceedings.

Consultations related to Social Security Claims and other legal proceedings will cost 30 euros per consultation.

Other legal proceedings, including: dismissals, sanctions and claims for amounts, among others, will have a minimum cost of 200 euros for the claim before the SMAC (Mediation, Arbitration and Conciliation Service). In the event that the legal proceedings are carried out, the fees are 300 euros for the first instance, and 250 euros in the Appeal phase.

As with Social Security claims, if the claim is successful, a fee of 5% of the amount obtained through SMAC (severance pay, claim for sums) will be applied, or 10% if we are talking about a legal procedure.
