Asthma is a disease caused by the relationship between genetic and environmental factors.
There are a large number of environmental stimuli that can trigger asthma or an attack. Knowing them will allow the person with asthma to protect themselves from them and, sometimes, avoid them, which will reduce the appearance of symptoms and improve asthma control.
