From The Lovexair Foundation We work to provide support to people affected by respiratory diseases. Given the current situation with the Covid-19 virus (Coronavirus), it is important that we understand that we are a particularly at-risk group and we must take care of ourselves and protect ourselves.
It is very important to limit infections as much as possible, whether among at-risk groups or the general population. It is the responsibility of each and every one of us and for this reason we must follow the instructions of the health authorities.
Why is it important to stay home?
The Coronavirus may not cause symptoms, so we can infect people without knowing it. We must stay at home and limit our social life to avoid many infections in a short time, since this would cause saturation in the health system, making it very difficult to treat all people and also complicating the provision of other services that are very important for people with other diseases.
Are we aware of how our attitude is key in taking care of our health?
The good news is that it is in our hands. We have the ability to contribute if we follow official recommendations and act responsibly.
By staying at home, if we do not have serious symptoms, we protect ourselves, avoid getting infected and at the same time we are showing solidarity with other citizens, especially with those who are more vulnerable. At the same time, we are helping all health professionals, who with great effort and dedication are managing this situation on the front line.
En lovexair We are aware that this situation may generate doubts and concerns. For this reason, we have set up a social support telephone line to provide the best possible guidance, listen to all doubts and help resolve them, as far as possible.
