HappyAir programs are designed to support, care for, and train chronic respiratory patients in self-care. Their goal is to achieve an optimal level of self-care and improve adherence to the treatments recommended by their doctors so that patients become more independent and improve their health and quality of life. We offer a personalized care plan for the patient, based on education sessions, respiratory rehabilitation, and training activities, accompanied by our educators specialized in lung health.
For professionals, HappyAir is an accessible digital environment from any mobile device or PC. Any clinical organization, healthcare center, patient association, healthcare professionals with their own practice, pharmacies, educators and trained healthcare professionals can monitor their patient community, guide them in their care program and include relevant information in their digital health record. In addition, our platform allows a multidisciplinary approach in the management of chronic patients in comprehensive care, since it makes it possible to manage sessions with other professionals such as psychologists or other therapists, as long as the patient consents and agrees to it with the professional.
Through HappyAir, patients can follow a comprehensive care plan to improve self-management of their chronic disease, acquire new healthy habits, follow a personalized plan and start an active life that suits their health status. The platform provides them with all the digital resources necessary to communicate and interact with the connected therapists, doctors and/or pharmacists, sharing information and allowing for support. They will be able to observe their progress over time, set goals and become aware of the importance of self-knowledge and self-care.
