Sunday 31st March 2019, our HappyAir Ambassador, Arran Strong ran the Sines Marathon in Mafra, Portugal, finishing in 209th position out of a 1000 runners.

In just 3 months Arran committed to a serious training program as his way forward to his” Big Dream” after struggling with health issues at the end of 2018.

His determination to keep on rising above his challenges in life, are an inspiration to us all.

No matter what faces us in life, we each have a way forward.
